HMM, PIL and RCL launch new North China Indonesia service

HMM, PIL and RCL will launch a new North China Indonesia service branded respectively as the NIS, NCI and RCI05 connecting Qingdao, Shanghai, Nansha, Jakarta, Surabaya, Singapore, Qingdao. The service turns in 4 weeks and will deploy 4 ships of 2,700 to 4,700 teu starting with the 2,742 teu WHUTTHI BHUM at Qingdao on 8 November 2026. The service will replace HMM and PIL's current NIS/NCI service that connects Xingang, Qingdao, Xiamen, Singapore, Jakarta, Surabaya, Singapore, Xingang.
