ONE and Hai An will launch a new jointly operated Vietnam Singapore Express (VSX) service from 4 January 2024 calling at Haiphong, Cai Mep, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Haiphong. The weekly service will turn in 2 weeks using the 1,577 teu HAIAN VIEW and 1,708 teu HAIAN ROSE, with each partner to operate one ship each with ONE to charter the HAIAN VIEW from Hai An for the service.
CNC (CMA CGM), COSCO and Samudera have teamed up to operate a new Singapore-Haiphong feeder service offering twice weekly departures using 3 ships on an 10-11 day rotation. Heung-A/Sinokor have extended its Haiphong-Busan Service 1 (HPS 1) to the Russia Far East since June 2023 with the revised rotation calling at Busan, Ulsan, Kwangyang, Hong Kong, Haiphong, Hong Kong, Shekou, Xiamen, Kwangyang, Busan, Vladivostok, Busan. The service will call at 2 terminals in Vlaidvostok - Vladivostok Fishery Port and Vladivostok Container Terminal (VCT). The HPS1 3 ships of 1,003 on a 3 week rotation - the HEUNG-A HAIPHONG, HEUNG-A XIAMEN, HEUNG-A AKITA.
Wan Hai's Japan Korea Haiphong (JKH) service will be withdrawn with the last sailing by the 1,510 teu WAN HAI 281 that will end at Shekou on 2 July 2023. Saigon Newport (SNP) and Vietnam Maritime Corporation (VMC) has launched a new joint service that connects Haiphong, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Haiphong. The domestic service started from 24 December 2022 with the 420 teu TAN CANG FOUNDATION at Haiphong and arrived at Can Tho on 29 December 2022.
