Milaha has enhanced its Milaha Turkiye Express (MTX) service with the addition of a new call at Misurata, Libya and upgrading the service to a weekly sailing frequency through a partnership with Summit Shipping that will add a second vessel to the service that it brands at the Turkey Libya Express (TLX). The enhanced MTX/TLX service will start from 22 August 2025 to call at Alexandria, Misurata, Ambarli, Diliskelesi, Izmir, Alexandria. The service will turn in 14 days using the 1,015 teu AL BID
Peak Shipping, the Xiamen based affiliate of Summit Shipping, has launched a new China-Yemen Express (CYE) service connecting Ningbo, Shekou, Port Klang, Aden, Djibouti with the 713 teu JI ZHE 2 from 28 January 2024. Summit Shipping Line, a new container shipping company formed by the Xiamen Port Group and based in Singapore, has launched the China Manila Express (CMX) service using the 724 teu ATLANTIC BRIDGE from 29 July 2022. The CMX calls at Shanghai, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Manila with sailings every 12 days. Summit Shipping has chartered the ATLANTIC BRIDGE from Sinokor related interests for 5-6 months at a daily rate of $29,000.
