Maersk adds new Far East-India Subcontinent 2 (FI2)

Maersk will launch a new Far East-India Subcontinent 2 (FI2) service connecting Shanghai, Ningbo, Nansha, Tanjung Pelepas, Nhava Sheva, Pipavav, Port Qasim, Shanghai from 4 June 2026. The FI2 will turn in 42 days and will deploy 6 ships of 3,500 to 5,900 teu starting with the 4,496 teu MAERSK COTONOU. The service will complement Maersk’s existing Far East-India Subcontinent 3 (FI3) service that it operates jointly with X-Press Feeders.

X-Press Feeders and TS Lines to launch new Hercules (HLS) service

X-Press Feeders and TS Lines will launch a new Hercules (HLS) service connecting Laem Chabang, Singapore, Port Klang, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Karachi, Port Klang, Singapore, Laem Chabang from 24 April 2026. The service will turn in 35 days with 4 ships of 2,900 to 4,900 teu deployed initially and a blank sailing in each cycle. X-Press Feeders will deploy 3 ships, the 4,636 teu ZHONG GU NAN JING, 3,316 teu DING YUAN HUAN YU and 4,896 teu X-PRESS ANGLESEY while TS Lines will deploy the 2,954 teu TS

CMA CGM combines Pearl and AS1 into extended ISC-FE-USWC pendulum

CMA CGM will combine its existing Asia Subcontinent Express (AS1) and Pearl River Express (PEARL) into a new Pearl AS1 Pendulum Service (PEARLAS1) from 30 March 2026. The extended service will turn in 98 days using 14 ships of 8,000 teu to 11,400 teu to call at Haiphong, Xiamen, Nansha, Yantian, Los Angeles, Kwangyang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Singapore, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Karachi, Colombo, Singapore, Haiphong. Existing OCEAN Alliance partners COSCO, OOCL and Evergreen as well as ON
