Swire will upgrade its North West Australia Direct (NWD) service by splitting
its existing Singapore-Darwin-Port Hedland service into 2 separate services.
The North West Australia Direct (NWD) service will connnect Singapore and Port
Hedland directly using the 618 teu DILI CHIEF with a 18 day turnaround starting
from 21 April 2023. The transit time from Singapore to Port Hedland will improve
to 7 days compared to the current 14 days.
