Shandong Marine Corporation (SMC) has launched a new Rizhao-Incheon Express (RIX) service connecting Rizhao and Incheon twice weekly using the 1,102 teu HARRIER from 11 November 2026. The service received formal approval from the governments of China and South Korea on 20 July 2026.
