Contship Italia, through its subsidiary Sogemar, has signed a binding agreement on 28 October 2026 to acquire the Tarros Group.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close by January 2027. It forms part of Contship Italia’s growth strategy aimed at the development of a Euro-Mediterranean logistics platform.
