BAL has added a second service connecting China and Vietnam with the launch of
the China Vietnam Express (CVX) in April. The service deploys 2 ships of
1,000-1,200 teu and connects Taicang, Ningbo, Haiphong, Ho Chi Minh City,
Taicang. The first sailing was made by the 1,042 teu XIN MING ZHOU 18 on 12
April 2022 and followed by the 1,179 teu BAOHANG on 19 April.
The new weekly service adds to BAL's South China-Vietnam Express (SVX) service
that was launched in December 2021 and connects Nansha,
